Winter Olympics 2022 - athletes that stood out

Eileen Gu - this half-American half-Chinese freestyle skier, achieved international fame through her performance in the 2022 Winter Olympics. Having competed for China for 2 years, Eileen Gu obtained a gold medal this winter. 

Yuzuru Hanyu - this Japanese ice skater already achieved fame and stardom years ago due to his excellent skating skills and elegant appearance. In the 2022 Winter Olympic games, Yuzuru became the love of the Chinese market. 

Alexandra Wjatscheslawowna Trussowa - Trussowa pioneered ice skating by doing lambskin coat and quadruple flips. 

Su Yiming - Su Yiming won the 2021 Snowboard World Cup title in Steamboat, USA. And he was the overall champion in the men's big-jump event at the FIS Snowboard World cup. In the 2022 Winter Olympics, Su obtained a silver medal in snowboarding.
